I recently finished my track season good with a 1600m of 5:04 and 800m of 2:15 but I was injured at the end with plantar fasciitis. I haven't ran for 3 and a half weeks I barley started running 2 days ago and I can barley do 2 miles ( maybe it's because it's 103 degrees where I live?) in the morning it's easier as I can do three miles with a 6:30 mile pace . How long would it take me to get back into shape for cross country? My season starts August 20th. Would I have enough time to reach my level that I was once at and still improve ? Please I need answers I'm stressing out
