I like the feel of skechers, they are nice and light and the go run ride has good cushion. does anyone know which model has a 10-12 mm heel/toe drop?
TIA

as far as i know, 8mm is the most drop they do.
GO for an 8mm model and add a thin half sole with with some drop, or just a little heellift pad.
Jo, I found a good one for you. This one comes with a jaw drop!

thanks. been having some achilles issues and need to put heel lifts in all of my shoes so i could add 4mm to these. I think it was the minimal drop shoes that started a chain of injuries. after running for 25+ years in 10-12 drop shoes, going to 4 or 6 was a really bad call.
The ultra has the most heel lift. The GoRun and GoRun Ride have less heel lift. Since you don't land on the back of the heel in Skechers like you do in a traditional running shoe, regular heel to toe drop numbers don't really apply.
That said, the GoRun feels like 0-2mm, the Ride feels more like 2-4mm, and the Ultra feels more like 8mm.
As Taste Bud suggests, you can add more heel lift by adding a little padding under the insert in the heel area.
