So on the girl's side the #3 and #4 all time marks have been run
and on the boy's side there have been 2 sub 4's and a few 4:01s
which has been better?

There is a reason why I follow mens sports and couldn't give two cents about women sports. Men are bigger, faster and stronger. Following women is like watching the slow heat.
Additionally, the number of males in athletics is much greater than the number of women. So therefore, it is easier to be a stand out female athlete and a male.
In case my opinion isn't clear, the boy's 1600 is more impressive.

It is clear as "You are out of the closet" Good luck with the boys/men.
Girls with two sub 4:10s and several in the low 4:10s
Definitely the two sub 4s by the boys. I mean, when was the last time 2 HS boys ran sub-4 in the same year ?

2 sub 4's in one year or...
2 OTQs in the higschool 1500m???
That's huge.
4:07 and 4:09 are better than sub 4.

Wayyy back in 2015 or so.

That seems to be the prevailing argument around here: it's much easier to stand out as a female athlete if you are a male.

+1. Both genders were great though. I would hesitate to pit the two genders against each other, given the sensitivity some board members feel on the subject of alleged misogyny.

Not sure if troll....
but last year, obviously.
Gotta give the girls the edge with two OTQ's but just as importantly, perfect timing to be competitive at World Jrs and OTs. Hunter and Slagowski seem to be finito, unless one of them bounces back dramatically.
