I am a high school student, based on my PBs can you tell if my strengths are endurance, speed, or none, and I should focus on soccer?
800-2.14
1500-4.40
3000-10.10

I prefer Teddy PB with flaxseeds, chunky of course.
They're all even tbh. And not bad times for a freshman so don't give up!
all are roughly equivalent
4:40 and 10:10 are miles ahead of the 800, I'm assuming that was either old or not all-out...? What's your 400 pb? If you can hit 4:40 and 10:10 with slower than like 57 speed you're definitely pretty talented endurance-wise. I'd give XC a go if you usually play soccer in the fall.
4:40 for 1500, not 1600
10:10 for 3000, not 3200
still think they're miles ahead?
10:10 3k ( 10:54 3200m) is better than 2:14 800m and a little batter than 4:40 1500m (5 flat for 1600m) your endurance is decent bit better than your speed.
I've always been partial to PbN6, though PbCl2 is certainly a contender.
2:14>>>>4:40>>>>>>>>>>>10:10
I ran the 1500 PB 3 weeks ago, and I felt I had more left in me...I closed with a 30 seconds last 200m
Also which is better...
16.47 5k or 35.07 10k?
Thanks!

Chunky is for fools.

The 800m mark is the best.
Your 1500m to 3000m conversion is pretty good though. I'll bet you can go a bit faster in the 1500m.

Any thoughts?
Yeah, it shows you that you can run 4:23/4 if you even split 71s
