Was going to row for cross training over my lunch break but the machine was taken here is what I did instead
5x 20 kettlebell swings, 10 goblet squats w/ 25 lb kettlebell, no rest
One armed farmers walks with 55 lb kettlebell
5 min stationary bike
10 min on rowing machine
Planks
Afterwords it occurred to me that my made up on the spot workout could be similar to crossfit. Did I commit a horrible sin.
(Also, my company's onsite gym rocks. Has an oly lifting platform with bumper plates, a squat rack, bunch of kettlebells, boxes for jumps)
