Am I a bad person if I read that someone is running across a country or doing a pile of marathons or what have you, and then immediately come here to see if it's already been debunked?
Oh. And don't reply to this. I'm taking the next week to run across Canada. Don't look for me, though. I'll just tell you when it's done and I'm back in Toronto.
I'm hereby replying to this. You aren't the boss of me.

speak for yourself, I had a great posting videos from RV which has no internet connection
After following these past few days I am now ready to shove all this evidence aside and know he's not running the whole thing purely based on how much fitter others who have failed were. He doesn't stack up one bit, no effing way he did the first half that fast. The ultra crew will only need a few days with him and he's finished. I'm giving $3,000 right now, enough is enough.

Fair enough. But what type of loon would pick 2am to run up behind someone in the dark?
Wouldn't most people just park ahead and wait for them. Signal as they approached or passed by?

I think it was fair to say that at the time the OP was running toward the back of the RV he did not believe that Rob was running since he was unable to see him on the two previous passes. Maybe his tact was not great, but the result is that he uncovers this possible deception and the genuine evidence of exaggeration in many of Rob's previous endeavors.
The reality of the situation now is that Rob Young needs to come up with much better proof of his ongoing quest. The video testimonial of the driver (who would obviously be in collusion on this thing) is not convincing. The whole "Speeding away at 10mph" from a knife-wielding madman is crazy.
A team of scam artists. That's why they're all young. Notice no one older than 40 in that group. Just taking people's money. Such rubbish.
"We're in America. I thought there would be IEDs in the roads in Kansas."
I'm really shocked over all the Facebook goons who believe this guy is legit. It's mind-blowing! The guy is complete attention-seeking, wannabe celebrity fraud getting tangled up in lies.
That video of the douche in the gold chain saying they were scared of someone approaching the van with a light is complete horseshit. He is running at night and asked people to come out and run with him. And why would a ace murderer roll up with a light. These guys are a complete joke.

I just donated $1000.

Rob was never in sight according to Asher. Once again, they claim he was running on the side and got into the van in fear.
This guy in the video claims they were going 20mph. Can Asher verify this? I believe they were going at "running" speed.
Then how about the video taken from the business? Were still in "fleeing" mode going at a very slow speed?
More excuses. Can anybody find this guy actually met this guy running to have him pop up from side of the RV or claims to have ran back into RV.
People believe it because they think no one would be stupid enough to lie about it.
He's got a mixture of truth and lies in his background, but the lies have been exposed and show he simply can't be trusted.
Someone needs to go to the start and follow the empty PBR cans on the road. That trail will at least definitively give us the path travelled by the RV and proves out your man's belly.
These are just kids trying to scam people for money anyway they can so they don't have to get a real job. I'm the same age and know plenty of people like this. They are doing whatever it takes to keep their lifestyle going
Are they getting any money though? I thought the whole thing was charity?

I think he cheated too, but I do think the claim about the guy running up to the RV is legit.
Who does this without shouting ahead - "Hey, Ron. I'm here to help you out and run with you. Is that okay?"
Not sneaking up on someone ninja style (with headlamp) not saying a word.
Why not park ahead and make yourself seen in the RV headlights?
How are they paying for the RV, food, gas, and all the high tech GPS devices that don't prove anything?

The RV would have sped away from Asher much faster than 10MPH. The part that is completely unverifiable is where the guy in the newest video mentioned that after speeding away from Asher they later backed up to the area where they allegedly picked up Rob, and resumed the run. Believable or more BS?

BS. Why were they still going so slow in the security cam video with no Rob in sight again while the tracker was "running?" Who was taking them on a low single digit chase then? All baloney.
OP disappears, video disappears. Looks like we've been had folks.
Rob's buddies and trolls have moved on to the board to answer each others' posts to pretend like this is a settled and mistaken trolling.
