Did we break a sweat beating these guys or just put on a show so their self-esteem wasn't broken?

Which one is Kevin?

Scraping plates in the kitchen at Applebees isn't a real job, Kenny.
Why the frank are you still here? This is a running site.
Nobody cares about Mike Rossi or you. Go back to defrauding people.
Not true, Cheater Mike Rossi of Jenkintown, PA. YOU LOVE YOU! You and Rob really should get together and plan the Rossi Young Run For The Children.
Cheeto?
At one point, it was confusing whether he was claiming to be the couch potato turned marathoner OR the superstar triathlete/cyclist. Checking his book and other places, the answer turned out to be some of both (really, neither, if one wants truth... but thinking about it as his own narrative). Supposedly he did the one thing. Then vegetated for a few years. Then got back off the couch and started running running running.
Now we know what he did in between. "Talent". Ah. So.
The timeline just gets stranger and stranger. Perhaps the million dollar car parts thing wasn't just about car parts.

I was thinking more like this one:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WCFUGCOLLUMaybe , Kev has his nose so brown for Rob for something to do with this male and female modeling and performance gig. All I am saying is there is a reason he would act so weirdly loyal to this cheat.

Cheeto?
Couple of questions for you:
1) Why the frank do you still care about this? His "legacy" has been secured. He will be mentioned forever in relation to cheating at marathons. He will never admit to it (or at least not for a few years, when he may make some sad attempt to grab the spotlight again). The DQ is never coming. So what could you possibly hope to still accomplish?
The whole thing smells of some weird personal grudge between you and your gang vs. Mike Rossi and his gang - neither of which look good in this. Can't you just call for a meeting at the local Applebees and divvy up the DJ market in Philly?
2) Why are you and your gang so quick to embrace Kenny? Between a guy who cheats to qualify for Boston and a guy who swindles people, sure I dislike them both, but Kenny is clearly the lesser human being (that may or may not be a little joke aimed at Kenny's girth).
Is your quest to ruin Mike Rossi so absolute that you have to befriend someone who has consistently lied about ripping people off?

Maybe some of us care about the integrity of running a little more than others. Maybe we dislike constant cheating. Maybe we dislike bullies. Maybe we hate his little games of attacking handicapped people and married women (and all women) and maybe we dislike how some people are willing to accept these traits.
But great questions.
Mike, why aren't you taking the brojos up on the $200,000 challenge? That is the only reason question here.
This is the industrial, rundown, high unemployment "North East of England", about as far removed from nice comfortable East Sheen, Richmond Park area as you could get. WTF was he doing up there running (sorry) an escort agency?, I mean what else do you call it?"we are looking for Female Freestyle Dancer x 4 all you would do is dance, relax, drink and talk to the small party from 11 pm to 3am £70 for the the time Female waitress x 4 all you would do is make sure drinks are always toped up and you can also sit, realax, drink, talk to the group 11 pm to 3am £50 this take place in vip area of one of the top Club in Newcastle City centre"

I don't think anyone actually likes Ken, let alone would call him a friend. I think some feel sorry for him, but Ken's gotten a lot of hate on there, and not just from Mike. Rossi tries to make it seem like if you don't like Mike then you have to love Ken, but, that's just not true. Ken just seems willing to take the abuse in order to bash Mike.
The poorly kept secret in the Philly area is that Mike and Ken regularly get together, strip down to their thongs, grease themselves up, and wrestle on a plastic tarp. The hatred between them is just pretend to cover up that they like to hold each other while slippery. I try not to judge. Apparently when they meet to do this, Mike tells his wife that they are going fishing.

That's impressive trolling by Runner's World just to keep up the pretence to Doubler - nudge, nudge
Yes it is, the man itself said it on facebook:
It is with some regret that today I am announcing my decision to abandon this attempt to break Frank Giannini’s US Transcon World Record, based on medical reasons.
The run had gone pretty smoothly up until Indianopolis, Indiana, where I started to experience severe pain in my right big toe and the side of my foot. An X-Ray confirmed there was a small fracture and, more importantly, an infection which is not allowed me to walk on my foot properly since. It was decided I needed to follow an aggressive course of 24 hour treatment (several antibiotics and icing) to see if that would improve things. Unfortunately it didn’t so we made the decision not to continue and still on several antibiotics.
Of course it's disappointing not to have succeeded in what I set out to do and not to have raised more awareness and funds for the 3 charities I was representing on this trip. That said we feel we touched many lives on our journey and had an incredible adventure into America, with many highs (and a few lows). I hope what we have done will have inspired some children to go for their grandest dreams and to believe that amazing things are possible for us all. Hopefully they will want to get out and run or exercise in some other way by hearing our story.
I’d like to thank my sponsors Skins for their incredible support and providing me with all the practical support I needed to be able to take on this challenge. Additionally I’d like to thank my crew, Dustin and Michael, and all the many, many people who came out to run with me and cheer me on along the way. Also included in that list is all the Americans who we met by chance along the way, many of whom offered their homes, food, supplies, encouragement, business expertise to help us achieve our goal and make our journey easier.
While we were running it became clear that what I was trying to do was being treated with skepticism by a small group of individuals in the running community. I can assure you that all accusations against us of cheating are entirely unfounded. In our record bid we felt we were taking all reasonable measure to verify the authenticity of the run, including everything to satisfy Guinness guidelines and more besides. We were transparent and out in the open, findable by a tracker, and therefore surprised by the furore. In order to clear up this matter, in the next few days all data from the trip, which should exonerate me from any suggestion of wrongdoing, will be made available for examination by all concerned parties.
I am resting right now with friends before heading back to the UK to spend time with my fiancee and kids. Going forward I will be back with other crazy challenges and am determined to try this Transcon again and get all the way to NYC. I am also planning to return to the USA soon to run a 6 day race somewhere.
I'd like to reiterate that while there is a little disappointment we didn't hit New York with that record I really am taking all the positives from the experience. Records are incidental. It is about making connections, inspiring both kids and adults to reach high, to believe in their wildest dreams and to never give up. If my running on this trip has done some of this, and raised money for some of those most vulnerable and most in need of help too, then I'm sorry but I just can't see it as a failure.
Finally I’d like to thank the American people again for being so generous to us on our trip. This is an incredible country in so many ways and it was a privilege to run through so much of it, see the awesome sights and meet so many inspirational people along the way.
thankyou for all your support
