So Kev, a couple of specific questions.
(1) Do you think anything about Rob's transcon record attempt was deceptive and false. Anything at all. Be specific with your answer such as "yes, I think Asher did catch him riding in the RV" or "yes, I think he rode in a vehicle to Laughlin." Do you think anything at all was false about the attempt? Or would you be willing to say, I believe Rob Young ran/walk on foot every step from Huntington Beach, California to Indianapolis, Indiana without any vehicle rides and he always started where he had last finished running?
(2) Do you think anything at all on Rob's website is false? Again be specific. The 10K PR in 30:47? The half PR in 1:08? The 2:41 marathon?
(3) Do you think anything at all in Rob's book is false? Remember the data Rob himself posted on mapmyrun and linked in Facebook on April 14-15, 2014 clearly states his first three marathons were 3:19, 3:28, 4:07, but in the book those are reversed. Mapmyrun and Facebook indicate it was April 15, not April 14, when he ran 2 marathons in one day. And mapmyrun and Facebook indicate he ran point to point from Twickenham to Regents Park, not loops in Richmond Park.
So do you think the book is false about this basic information about his first three marathons?

We must keep this thread alive and keep digging up stuff!
Theory: they are not moving or turned tracker off and not saying anything on social media to let the flames of our Letsrun discussion burn out and hopefully everyone will forget...Never Forget
Plus we need this thread to pass the Rossi thread in total posts!!!
Is his name really Rob Young? What is his real name?

This is just stupid. It's clear that whether he ran those three marathons or not (of course he didn't) the mapmyrun entries were created later. There's nothing wrong in making a course of your run and copy it if you run it several times.
Get a clue, and stop picking on this irrelevant things.
Is it time to put evidence to the legitimate UK charities NSPCC etc?
Do you think we have enough proof to contact UK Police regarding fraud?
His local newspapers in Richmond maybe worth contacting.
Have to say the UK ultra running public group is very up its own arse. No one dare questions the running gods on that site.

Hey Dustin,
The trolls of Let's Run will eventually find everything about your little scams. When the dust settles here, you will be the guy holding the smoking gun. Robert will skate by using his dumb runner face as proof that he was manipulated by you.
As for Michael, the Skins guy, run as fast as you can from these guys. You are young, and can claim to being an inexperienced gopher.
Let's Run will crush Dustin, mark my words.

As others have joked, including Fake Laz, it is the most ironic name. Rob [the] Young. Scam the children.
I think the mapmyrun maps and distances and times are distortions and fabrications. And they got exaggerated again in the book. But Kev has been unwilling to admit ANYTHING about Rob is false. I'm asking about this simple contradiction between what Rob posted in April 2014 and what he claims in the book. It doesn't match. It's hard to have a more basic untruth. This is Rob's words against Rob's words. Is Kev even willing to admit that?

It's called finding the rest of the story. It's called investigative journalism. It makes for great articles and most writers are always looking for some breaking story to publish before their colleagues. Exposing the scam of RY should be a huge story because of the way he's been acclaimed in the UK by his self-promotion. The British media, even more than the American media at times, love to expose scandal.
Brion O'Connor for Sports Illustrated wrote a glowing article about RY before he started the transcon record attempt.
http://www.si.com/edge/2016/05/13/robert-young-marathon-man-uk-run-across-american-world-recordAt least three people on letsrun mentioned contacting O'Connor through email early on this thread. He wrote a follow-up article for Sports Illustrated after this story exploded on letsrun.

You want a competing magazine to do this, not someone who would likely try to excuse his/her own stupidity.

How have I been fooled? Sent initial email to the main contact in Rob's page..he copied Dustin in on our email thread. That email is directly from him. Keep trolling.

Are you sure? You may want to double"r" check that. lol
I love LetsRun: I wish this level of focused, brutal reality could intervene in politics and social welfare!
REMINDER!
Yes, some Somalian coach has been busted. That does NOT give you the right to leave this thread just to chit chat about such unimportant things.
So everyone, keep focus on tracking down the Real Cheater and his accomplices!
Now, back to your basements.
I am driving a semi eastbound through Kansas, taking suggestions
