http://ultrakev.blogspot.co.uk/I will upload some videos of one of the run's I did with Rob when he ran 373 miles without sleep and it has some of the footage of my watch recording him doing sub 7 min pace.
Running sub-7 min pace at the end of his 373-mile run is completely out of character for Rob Young.
At Race Across USA, a fellow participant claimed Rob would start fast (5:00 to 5:30 pace) and then finish jog/walking.
http://www.marathonmanuk.com/At his only 2 certified marathons, London 2015 and 2016 (one of the fastest flattest marathon courses in the world), he started fast and progressively declined to jog/walking. He didn't run a 5K split in sub-7 pace after 25K (15.5 miles) in his 3:07 London 2015 race or after 10K (6.2 miles) in his London 2016 race. And this was the race that allegedly inspired him to start marathoning in April 2014.
I wonder how Rob was so fresh to run sub-7 pace as he was 350 miles into his 373-mile alleged non-stop, non-sleep WR run?
