So my spring track season just ended yesterday and XC season is starting (well training and preparing for it). I finished the year with a 4:44 mile time and a 10:20 two mile time. What would be a reasonable goal for my 5k time in XC this year? Also I am trying to train very hard this summer, what is a good amount of mileage that others have found success with (I am typically around low 40s in-season)? Thank you for all the help and if anyone has some tips or helpful training advice for what they have done over the summer that would be great.
