High school junior here. I just finished up a not so great track season. Similar times to sophomore year. However, my strengths are long distances and aerobic activities. That being said, I am 9 days into a no-activity break. I was thinking of taking two weeks off, but am sort of anxious to get running again. Should I start running anyways, or wait it out. Some more info: aftr freshman year, I took a week off and light running for a week before I really got into good mileage. I went 15:35 as a sophomore. I'm not sure what happened, but had a bad cross country and track seasons junior year. All this info may be irrelevant, but let me know what you guys think. Thanks
