Any thoughts on what kind of shape I am in for 800 right now? I have my last chance coming up in a bit
I've recently run 54.4 for 400m, and I did this workout this morning:
4x150m, each rep starting slower than 800m pace and finishing at getting out pace. Was hitting around 22.9, rest was walk back to start
2 minutes rest
2x400m at 800m pace, hit 61.3 and 61.4
6 minutes rest, half active
200m with everything I had left, 25.3
