Am off to New York this week for a corporate race - am staying the whole week (30th May - 5th June). I have the race and race events in the evening of Monday and Wednesday but free most of the rest of the time...
a) Any good training groups to hook up with for a training session/long run or two and maybe a few beers after? (Am in about 72 minute half shape I'd guess - not bothered by being dropped by faster guys though or running with people considerably slower)
b) Any good races at the weekend people would recommend?
c) Any good running trails other than Central Park? Even if they're 40-60 minutes out of the city.
