I am interested in purchasing the runner's connect running form and strength training programs. I was just wondering whether they work and if they are worth it?

They are all exercises you can find for free online. He repackaged common running exercises and sells them as if they are something special.
Another "online running coach"
Search for exercises on YouTube. Same things.
That's a good site. To each his own on paying or not. I don't , but read there a lot. Lots of training knowledge can be gained surfing youtube and letsrun and others. Going with one good site and paying for it might save you some time.

Read the thread on the "certified" coaches. That's all you need to know.
Buyer beware. Don't get scammed.

You mean like Drew Hunter's coach?
I think calling it a scam or minimizing the fact that its mostly an aggregation of data from various sources misses the point.
Whether or not you decide to pay for that information is up to you - but being able to gather relevant information and present it in an organized and relevant manner isn't trivial. I don't feel as if there's necessarily an attempt to "sell it as something special" - they do mention their sources often, which aren't just runner's connect stuff. By that line of thinking who needs a GPS watch? I can do the same with free apps on my smartphone. ANd while that's true, a gps watch is still more convenient, and if I don't feel like wasting my time playing around with poorly thought out file format from some free app, then polar/garmin etc. do offer an interesting product. There's this tendancy in the running community to say "paid == bad scam, free == the ultimate objective in life". I just don't think it's so simple.
IMO pay for it you don't have the time/interest to spread your research far & wide and just want to get to the points.
