Any predictions for runners/teams ready for to break out? Any low seeds you think will sneak into the top 12 and book a trip to nationals? Any other story lines?
between the 110mh and 400mh - South Carolina will have 4 land in the top 12
100m quarters: Tennessee Coleman's will break 10 and land the top seed over Clemson's Hester
400m: Looking for the freshman Izaiah Brown from Rutgers that went 45.2 to do something special with Hall and Cherry (two guys hunting to be in the USA 4x4 pool)
800m - McBride, Rutto, Arroyo, Harris... Assuming they all make it through to the quarters hopefully we see someone take a race out in 51 instead of just racing for place
1500m - I think one of Georgetown's guys - Ahmed Bile and Cole Williams (currently 75th and 82nd in the NCAA) find a way to get top 12. Ole Miss has 5 entered, we'll see if anyone beside Engels can punch their ticket.
5k - Justyn Knight, Patrick Tiernan, and Thomas Curtin are locks... This probably won't happen but would be cool to see them go for the A standard instead of just racing to land top 12 since they may not have another real chance.
4x4: would love to see LSU go sub 3 but we'll probably have to wait for Eugene since the next fastest time in their heat is around 3:06
