How can I lose weight fast? I would like to lose 20 lbs in a month, if that is possible. More would be better. I don't particularly care about doing it gradually or cautiously, but of course, I would prefer to skip medication of any kind.
I am running 5-7 miles a day, but I put on a lot of weight over the winter, 20 plus pounds, and I was probably 20 pounds over racing weight before then. So bottom line, I am 40lbs overweight.
