haha - "all the Nike money" what was it half a million dollars? It was withdrawn in cash by one of the top Kenyan officials. Pocketed and likely spent on a brand new Rav 4 and a few acres of land (maybe some top end cows as well!)
There may well be doping in Kenya but it certainly will not be state sponsored. The state and governing body have no interest whatsoever in helping their athletes succeed and certainly wouldn't waste money they could otherwise steal for themselves on it!
