Been hitting the speed work harder than usual lately and just as I'm about to cutback this week I have this weird sensation in my left foot. I'm not sure if it's even a stress reaction yet but curious. My past two days of easy running have been pain free, when I get home to shower I notice a weird throbbing ache in my foot, it goes away I after about 30 mins. It doesn't hurt to walk on or run on. I can find a unique area on my foot that hurts to press on. It appears to be near or on the cuneiform bone and not sure if I should continue to train or take a week off. I'm definitely not interested in taking 8 weeks off. I also don't know if this is anything serious, there's no sharp pain. Just a weird tightness/pressure in the area but it's not all the time either. I just noticed this about two days ago and like I said I don't wanna be sidelined if I push through it and amplify what ever this is. Any suggestions guys?
