There's a press conference this morning at 11am at Sunnybrook to release more information. Downie won't be there but two band managers will be. Tour details for the summer are supposed to come out later this week.

I saw them play live many times, but most notably they played a small room at my university in maybe 1985 or 1986. Can't stand Downie's solo stuff, or the Hip stuff over-influenced by Downie, but as a band they've made some enduring Canadian rock music. Hopefully I can catch them one more time.
