2x200 starting at a light stride and building to a 12 second last 100
2x200 (28.3, 28.4) running 30 second pace until final 60 meters and then accelerating to a full sprint
Rest between all intervals was about 2 minutes, I know that's a long rest but this workout was just to sharpen up and build confidence
