I'm sure that the subject question has been asked/answered a million times, but I've managed not to know the conventional wisdom - if it exists - about it. Disclaimers:
- Yes, I am trying to use this message board to avoid reading half-a-dozen books on training (and/or associated web searches).
- No, I'm NOT willing to do "whatever it takes" to get better. Hence my desire to see if I can be more efficient with my training days.
