Any other crazy claims in the last few months?
Does he ever specify what the rest of the session was like? Was he doing a 20 miler then dropped a 52 sec last 400? Kilometer repeats on the track? Easy run? Mile pace work?
Seriously mate? wrote:

Usually all of the above. He is training for the marathon and 800 simultaneously, you know.
Reinstate the thread!
He was pacing his mom. She came in at 53-low.
He has tweeted stuff like this multiple Times. No one has reported on it though. He always tweets then deletes things like running 15 Miles in 90 Minutes in hilly San fransisco
So he fed the Brojos that story about getting caught up in the excitement of running and setting PR's, then he promised not to lie or embellish anymore of his training...now he pulls crap like this? He's just taunting us at this point.
Brojos: Expose this guy now.

I think he's testing the threshold of where he gets called on his BS. He deletes his running tweets quickly and I don't look in that often, but I did see him claim a 62 second 400m the other day. Nowhere close to his 46 sec 400m from the fall, but still probably bs. But it's not outrageous and nobody, including me, called him on it.
Now someone has called him on a 52 second 400m so he knows the getting called out threshold is somewhere between 52 and 62 seconds. Maybe he'll now test the mile bs threshold.

He did claim a 56 second 400m and a 2:05 800m two weeks ago:
http://imgur.com/5xde2XnVery impressive! I have never heard of this guy. Did you run in college? Does he run competitively? Looks like he has talent.
He did not run in college but he is very talented and versatile. He is elite at many events ranging from the 200 to the 10K. I heard has received quite a few sponsorship offers but is holding out for Nike. But if they do not offer soon, he will sign somewhere else. Not sure why Nike is not acting. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
Very stupid of Nike to hold out like they are. They should sign him already. He is world class talent with a large social media following.
Lawlor is a beast. He should be representing USA in Rio.
