He'd probably DESTROY you in the 1500m, no offense. His 5k in comparison to his other PRs. I could see a good match up in the 3000m if he endurance truly drops off (based on if his 5k is a true representation of his endurance).

3k but he might be able sit on your ass the whole time and jog past you at the finish. In fact I'd bet on it.
yes. he'd beat you in both races. 1500 wouldnt even be close. he would absolutely shatter you and make you question what made you think that this was a good idea.

Your best chance is the 3k, you have no chance in the 1500
