Clif Bars
The best food for runners is picky bars. In fact, because of its 4 to 1 ratio, it's the only thing you need to eat. Dish all other foods. 15-20 picky bars a day. Bahhhh
Vegetables, fruit, oats, quinoa, beans, wild caught fish, and beer are some of the staples that have worked well for me.
30 bananas
Sorrel leaves
bananas
frozen bananas
banana ice cream
banana pancakes (A+)
dates
toast w/ pb
sushi
Hummus + all other foods.
Snyder's honey, onion, mustard pretzels.
I haven't eaten real food for years and im doing great!
