I've always been extremely garbage at running in any heat, i have to run pretty early so that i don't get lethargic while running. 60 degrees ill be fine but anything over 70 and my performance is usaully cut nearly in half. My normal pace is around 7:00 for training runs, if the heat hits ill struggle to even do 9 or 10s even in 70 degrees.
anyone else get this?
