Which is better for xc and/ or track? I'm looking mainly for a light, aggressive xc spike that will also work well during the track season.

bump
The Mach is a little stiffer in the forefoot and therefore feels a little more like a track spike. The Shay is just a little more flexible but also feels best on the forefoot. Both are great options.
Thanks, I'll probably go with the mach 17's because they're also (slightly) lighter
Does anyone know if any new spikes are coming out soon?
