I watched like 3 minutes of the game. That tall guy Adams took like 9 steps and only dribbled the ball once. Amazing that 20 thousand spectators and everybody watching on tv saw it but 3 refs paid a lot of money and standing within a few feet didn't. Of course the Sooners were down a field goal at the time so it wasn't surprising. What was amazing was the game didn't go into overtime like all the others have.
what a joke....... wrote:

RR: Brother of Valerie Adams (the shot putter).
The actual rules of basketball in the NBA and the way NBA refs call games are two completely different things. They need a wholesale revision of NBA rules to reflect how the game is actually played or the refs need to start calling stuff.
The Adams Family (get it?) is ridiculous. There were 18!??!?! With 5 different mothers?!?!? His dad must be one hell of a playa...
What about the Westbrook blatant shuffle step travel that wasn't called in the final seconds of the game. No review? Why, because he called a time out AFTER the travel? Ridiculous. But the Warriors still didn't look good in the 2nd half.
They're not going to beat the Thunder. OKC is too big and athletic for them. Too athletic and rangy on defense, and too dominant on the boards and in the paint and too fast to contain.
Thunder also have a very underrated coach. Very good coach.
Thunder played a sloppy game, had a horrible first half, Durant was 2-11 in the 4th quarter. Curry, Thompson and Green all had 20+ points and shot above their average, and the Thunder still won and outscored the Dubs by 19 in the second half. Total dominance. AND Donovan had them play petty conservative, because they were turning over the ball so much in the first half. Once they start attacking more aggressively off long rebounds there is going to be little GS can do.
Warriors small ball unit they are always bragging about got murdered. Kerr will not be able to go small anymore and his bigs are horrible offensive liabilities.
Thunder in 5 or 6, but don't be shocked if they sweep.

The Warriors aren't from Frisco. They are from Golden State.
That OKC won despite Durant and Westbrook combining to go 17 for 51 from the field doesn't augur well for the Warriors. A team with as much individual talent as OKC was long overdue for a championship, but watch the Warriors come back and shoot the lights out. In game one, they shot around 44%, similar to the Thunder. You don't win 73 and then go out that easily.
Here we go. Another over reaction.
MJ's team of 96 even lost a game now and then. Relax.

There is no way in hell the Thunder sweep. There is 0% chance the Thunder win game 2.
That said, Thunder win the series in 6.

Because, immediately yielding home court advantage, is what champions do.

0%. LMAO. Thanks for the laugh. The only way the Warriors can beat this team is if the Thunder self destruct with TOs, bricked FTs and horrible shooting from Westbrook, like in the first half. That happened and they got several hail mary 3s from Curry and still lost.
A road game doesn't mean squat to the Thunder, this is their 4th WCF in the last 6 seasons.
Remember when the 00-01 Lakers swept through the playoffs undefeated until they lost game 1 of the Finals against the 76ers?
Yeah, that.
I don't think GS will get swept, but if they lose gm 2, the series is obviously over and I think they will be so demoralized they will get swept in Oklahoma.

Yeah, they've really maxed that out so far!

Yeah, that.
Ahem, this was the Warriors 3rd loss.

Because throwing random commas in posts is What champions do does
I'd like to see a replay of that Adams travel.
I swear he went from the rim to the foul line and back with one dribble.
OKC won despite terrible shooting by Durant.
But in the 4th quarter, Curry only had 3 points and Clay had 0.
3 combined points from their top two scorers in the 4th quarter isn't going to happen again.
Both teams played fairly poorly.
Neither team did much to close out the game.
The series is up for grabs.
This is probably Durant's last shot at a title with OKC.
