I have a big race this saturday where I'm looking to go sub 4:25 for the 1600.
I ran a workout today of 3 x (400, 200jog, 200) w/ 3 min standing between sets.
Went 66, 30, 61, 30, 63, 30.
The workout wasn't killer, and it was in trainers, but it was definitely tiring (was pretty hot too). I think the 61 and 63 were too fast...
Did I go too hard?
