Hi, I have been running for years wearing Nike Structure running shoes.
My foot long from toe to heel is 25cm, from Nike website, I should be wearing size 40 (US size 7.5), but in fact, due to wide foot I have, I am wearing size 44 (yes, there is like 2 inch space in front of my second toe), but still I am feeling pain when I am running (sometime walking, too) due to the mid sole of the shoes pressing against my inner mid foot. Sometimes the pain can be endured, sometime it just doesn't and causing my running quality and quantity keep dropping.
Personally I don't think I have any injury inside my foot because I don't feel pain when I am walking or running a little bit barefoot or with slippers. The pain occurs on both foot especially left while I am running. I tried many other shoes type, but it didn't help. I also tried smaller shoes size, I felt too tight. Any suggestion?
