As you can see all my PRs are within the last 2 months. I attribute that largely to upping my mileage. Previous to 2 months ago I hadn't managed to PR any distance since 2014.

As you can see I just beat my old record by over 28 minutes (Again largely because of upping my mileage (and better race planning)).
