I've heard of it being good for you a few times here and there and finally started doing some googling on it and watching videos on youtube. I never knew it was so popular and touted as being some sort of miracle food that cures damn near everything or at the very least improves general health. I'm wondering if anyone here has tried it, and especially if you can give some details about what the effects were (if any), and how it affected your running (if at all). Thanks.
