I run the 800 and I am in high school. My training started again 3 months ago and my biggest meets are coming up in the next few weeks. If I ran 2 and a half months of solid aerobic base and 2 weeks of 800 pace workouts, when should I start doing workouts to peak? Should I continue the 800 pacing workouts and hold off on the peaking workouts or do both at the same time? Thanks for reading.
