Absolutely. If you are in moderate shape I would think that you should have no problem doing that.
Isn't that like 16 min miles?
I know there are challenges but I would think 4 months would be plenty of time to iron out the kinks.
If you can walk for 17 hours you can "run" a 100k ultra, that is over 16min pace.
Heard a similar story to this recently. Did you get an xray to make sure it isn't just a bruise?
If you have an injury, make sure to wear a nice fitted, well constructed boot. DO NOT take it off. Rest is king.
