Deuce Bigalow Male Gigolo
Titanic
Shaun of the Dead.
I can watch that movie over and over - so freakin' funny. I never hear anyone talk about it though.
It's rated higher than I thought on Rotten Tomatoes, so maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree:

Tough to argue the #1 grossing film of all time is 'underrated'
Heartbreak Ridge or Roadhouse
Pootie Tang
Much funnier than one might believe.
Put on "s" at the end of that.
No one rates Warriors high but many know about it. It's a classic!

This movie was used as an example on NPR as a film that features people who regret being a part of the production due to it's utter failure to age. The "jokes" in the movie do not translate to an audience even one year after release. Another major example used was Something About Mary, which was a huge hit at the time but fails to get many laughs when screened today, regardless of whether the viewer has seen it before or not.
Interesting.
