I love Chinese food and would have no problem eating Panda Express the night before a big race but would look for a Noodles & Company if there was one in my area.

That's the equivalent to Mcdonalds in my book. Try to find something better to fuel the fire. Besides, if you have to ask, why risk it? Stick with what you know works well.

Panda Chinese was the inventor of Orange Chicken. So get that and you would be eating good ole American food. Problem solved. And a little sodium never hurt anyone. That's the next food truism to fall. Stay tuned.
