I'm a senior running the 16 tomorrow. Every single time I run fast I feel like I can't breath and I get weak and tired. Ik everyone feels tired but i feel like its not good enough to the point where i could pass out. All i want is to run 4:40 and ik i have the potential to do that, its only four 70's. Please, someone give me either tips, motivation, exercises, warm up advice, just something.
PS-i also have slight vocal cord dysfunction
