I limit meat and dairy and I avoid added sugar and overly processed foods.
Rice and beans. And every veggie under the sun.

And are you fast? Being this is letsrun you should be required to post your prs along with your diet. Who cares what you eat if you're slow? We want to know what to eat to get fast!

Oh Gawd. Please don't use that phrase. It is meaningless. yes, most people avoid dirt on their food, is that what you wanted to hear???
( i just hate meaningless catch phrases of the moment. For some people, like the first poster, it's "no meat and dairy." The next guy it's LOT of meat, but no grains and dairy. The next guy, it's LOTS of dairy (but only raw, unpasteurized kind). The next guy it's a vegan diet, the next guy......
