I did a 3 x (600,200) workout last week with 45 seconds rest in between the 600 and 200 and a lap jog in between each set. It was really hot and humid that day but ended up running (1:37, 30) (1:36,29) (1:36,29) for the 3 sets. Just wondering what type of 1600m and 3200m shape I am in right now? Thanks!
