Honestly, I don't keep up with obstacle course racing. I thought it was a fad but it seems to be sticking around.
Anyway, I don't follow the heroes of the sport but I came across this on social media... Jonathan Albon, a British OCR, ran a 2:28 at some hilly marathon. That time on what sounds like a tough course would be good enough to place 33rd at London. Thoughts? Could this guy become of Britain's best marathoners with the proper training?
Does anybody know if this guy is a former semi-successful runner at the collegiate or high school level?
