I know this might sound like a strange question with many opinions or answers but I run 50 mpw usually 7 mile singles at 6:45- 6:50 pace, this pace feels easy and I can hold a conversation. What mile time shape would you predict?

4:50
Minimum 5:20 but who knows. Could be 4:40.
Probably way faster than 4:50. I would say, based on my limited experience, low 4:3x or faster. I knew a mid-4:3x miler who did his easy runs above 7:00.

I know a guy who ran 3:55 1500 and he runs his easy days at 7:30 pace. Also, didn't nick Willis say the Michigan kids were running too fast for him to run with recently? I believe he fell into that 7-7:30 easy pace.
When I was a sub420 guy I ran my easy days at about 8min/mi for 50-70min. So you should be good for 355.
None of us know. Go race a 1600 and fill us in on what happens. Or time trial a 1200 if you are too lazy. We will convert it for you.
4:00-5:00. If this was your actual, conversational but not a jog easy pace (daniels easy pace), then you are probably in 4:40s shape
