Wife's company is having a 3 mile walk-a-thon fundraiser tomorrow.
I'm not in much shape but should still be able to crank out some sub 6 miles with relative ease. Should I go for it and try to impress my wife's higher ups because they're the weekend warrior hobby jogger types? Do I just walk it with my head down. I'm just not sure I can handle hearing how they ran a good 8 min mile pace at the after BBQ.
