Hi, I'm a senior 3200 runner, with pr's of 4:48 in the 1600 and 10:40 in the 3200, but I may move onto Steeplechase soon. Anyways, my coach typically gives us too many workouts with not enough recovery days (if any, besides the ones on weekends) and thus it is important to make my training in the month i have left good. Thus, what should I do? I started hurdle practice for steeple yesterday, but now my upper quad hurts like hell. Also, I decided to do some strength training to get stronger. Anything else you guys suggest?
