I had a stress fracture in femur shaft and took 6 weeks off completely and started my first week at 20 miles. Now this week im going to do 25. Next weeks i will do 30-30-40-40-50. Is this a good plan? I use to do 80mpw before fracture and want to get back up soon. Ive had one before and this one wasnt as bad. It was almost a fracture but instead just a big stress reaction
