Why am i so tired. I basically cant revovery anymore. Its do much of an effort just to run. Or should i day shuffle. Last 3 months been training twice a day average 100miles a week. Some rest days when my body tells me.
Iron levels are ok.
Am i just to over trained that i dont know it?
Like font get me wrong i can run. But i have to really really force mys3lf to do so. Ive taken a couple days off and nothing. More soreness and more tired.???
