I am currently finishing up my masters degree and in searching for assistant coaching jobs all I am seeing are openings for graduate assistants. I know I have to be patient for the assistant jobs to open up and such but I had an idea pop into my head. Can I just get multiple masters degrees while getting GA positions to pay for some if not most of the degree? Has anyone ever done that before?
I feel like if you have one Masters Degree, you should know the answer for this.

There's a thing that's called practical experience that is ignored in today's workplace in lieu of undergrad degrees in liberal arts and grad degrees of almost any stripe. Anyone can get a grade degree if they can pony up the money.
Get a PhD.
