I just ran a 1500m in crazy winds. I Prd in 4:11. My phone weather apps said sustained 22mph. It was difficult to warm up without being blown off balance and they had the sprinters run in the opposite direction on usual.
Im wondering if any has input on how much this would affect overall race time. I've never raced in wind before and this is only my second 1500m so I'm trying to gauge how much faster, if at all, my time could be. Thanks
