        Probably a good idea to drop back at this pace.

        All these guys who go out at suicide pace, I've never understood why a few guys don't realise it, drop back to 2:05 pace or so, then wait to pick off everyone as they start to die.

      • I still don't get it. The only option I see there is to hear a radio broadcast (no video).

        She has already proven she can run a half marathon. Her race is from 30k in.

      • Have the men already lost a pacer? I didn't see a 10K split for Robert Nbithi, who did have a 5K split.

      • Nothing much happening in women's race still a lead pack of seven on 2:22 pace. Two rabbits are still running about 15 seconds ahead of the pack.
