Here you can post updates about the upcoming London Marathon. Meanwhile, who do you think it might win it? I see Kenenisa Bekele as the dark horse. My prediction : 1. K.Bekele 2. W.Kipsang 3. D.Kimetto 4. E.Kipchoge

dark horse: a candidate or competitor about whom little is known. BTW - TV coverage starts at 3:30 here in the States, women go off at 4:15 and men at 5am
In this particular case, that makes Kenny B a dark horse

Not sure what world you're living in to put Kipchoge down for 4th. He hasn't lost a marathon since his debut where Wilson set the world record. I guess the fact that every one he has run well makes you think hes bound to have a bad race....
Anyone ever notice Kipchoge has a knack for hitting marathons in 30 second intervals? He does it once a year. Expect big things.
2013 Hamburg: 2:05:30
2014 Rotterdam: 2:05:00
2015 Berlin: 2:04:00.
I just want to note here. In the women's preview it said that Sara Hall DNF the LA 2015 marathon, but I think that she just ran it really poorly with a slow time.
Agreed. I hear he is in fantastic shape.
Side note - happy to see Craig Mottram is running. I doubt he'll run anything great but I loved watching him compete back in the day.
I see Biwott and Kipchoge definitely top 3. Other than that it's tough. Kipsang may be past his prime and Kimetto is really a question mark at this point. Bekele... Who knows
1. Kipchoge
2. Biwott
3. Kimetto

Where/How can we watch the marathon in the US?
2016 not = 2015
odds on bekele winning are 14/1. might be worth a small bet!

I ran 3:11 against the odds, so yeah Kenny's worth a bet.
2:02:30 confirmed.
Kipchoge will win with a new WR or a sub 2:03:30 for sure!
He's the best marathoner in the World right now| He will leave Kimetto, Bekel and Kipsang in the dust with 3,5 km to go!

This is probably right, but I'm rooting for:
1. Kipsang
2. Kimetto
3. Bekele
Hey, can we list what we know of their personality traits?
Kipsang: Generous spirit (gives back to community), thoughtful and good-natured, opposite of resting bitch face --frequently found smiling; perfunctory with the sponsorship tweets (also saw him drop the Berlin/BMW race flag they kept trying to drape over him for the Kenyan flag, rightfully so):
https://twitter.com/Kipsang_2_03_23/status/723944726655864833Kimetto: More reserved and shy? Maybe just because he has less of a fluency in English? Seems to take better selfies and is well hydrated for now:
https://twitter.com/DennisKimetto?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5EauthorBekele: said to be shy but extremely nice and generous. Probably creeped out by overzealous guys taking videos of him running in English parks.
Kipchoge: runs with his heart and mind as well as his legs! ??anything else?
Biwott: ??
4 hours until the races begin. I can't wait!!
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
Des Linden: "The entire sport" has changed since she first started running Boston.
Matt Choi was drinking beer halfway through the Boston Marathon
Ryan Eiler, 3rd American man at Boston, almost out of nowhere
