Max Holloway and Nate Diaz look like distance runners but most of them are not and most of them walk around 20-30 lbs over their fight weight.
Unlike distance runners, most MMA fighters, even the lightweights, have some upper body development.

Agreed, but they are still really skinny.

Most 120 pounders are skinny

MMA is a drug-addled joke invented by the Gracies to sell their scam ripoff of Japanese wrestling. The only part worth watching was when Sakuraba repeatedly defeated and exposed them with his modest skills. Royce resorted to massive doping to finally win a decision, and nowadays there's guys getting TUE's for test because the roids shrank their balls into dried-up peas.
90% of MMA fighters have terrible cardio.

Given all the money on MMA nowadays it's a wonder the Japanese aren't dominating it. Either that, or you're living in the past.
You are such a douche nozzle. Quit talking about steroids in other sports. Running is the dirtiest sport in the world. Just because this is a running forum it doesn't have to be a continual bash fest on every other sport. Do you realize how completely random and stupid it is to see how fast somebody can run a random distance? Every other sport could bash the shit out of running and runners but they don't. Do you know why? Because they don't even know you exist and couldn't care less about your sport.

TUE's for testosterone have been gone for several years and USADA has been keeping things on lockdown for the UFC. Get your mind off male genitals.

Not if they are 5'3". These 120 pounders are mostly 5'7" bean poles.

It goes on and on.....

Nate competes in triathlons. He's actually a cool guy in person. You can walk right up and ask questions and he'll stand there and talk with you about fighting, running, whatever.
No. They don't. End of thread.
