LOL. yeah who needs to hydrate on a 90 degree sunny day at 80% humidity running 12+ miles. ;)
Used to run 16 miles in 100-110 degree heat in 90% humidity and never needed a silly belt. Remember this is a "hobby jogger" thing. No competitive runners would ever need a hydration belt. Personally I think other people should wear these because most are nowhere near as tough as me.
